OppOm is designed to support caregiver discovery, profile review, service enquiries, meeting requests, booking, account management, notifications and related support workflows.
What OppOm is - and is not
OppOm provides technology that facilitates connections and transactions between users, caregivers and agencies. Unless a specific service agreement expressly states otherwise, OppOm is not a hospital, emergency service, medical clinic or the direct employer of every caregiver listed on the platform.
Trust and profile information
Caregiver and agency profiles may contain information, documents, qualifications, experience, availability and verification indicators. The meaning and status of each indicator should be read together with the relevant profile and booking terms. No online verification process can eliminate all risk.
